Les Brost

Les Brost has deep roots in the agriculture industry and in his community. He is a third-generation owner/operator of the family ranch on the north slope of the Cypress Hills in southeastern Alberta.

He is also a trained mediator, facilitor and negotiator in the private and public sectors. His experiences as an elected politician, a consultant providing a leadership role in the corporate boardroom and as a professional columnist give him an unique perspective on building organizational effectiveness.
