“Aim To Achieve”- is a multi-media examination of community leadership. The book format, titled “The Community Leaders’ Survival Guide”, will be available in print and e-book format late in 2012. In the book, Les Brost draws on his broad-based leadership experience and training to help community leaders increase their returns on invested effort in both personal satisfaction and community gain. His unique insights help community leaders increase their satisfaction and their effectiveness as community builders. The book is loaded with copyrighted assessment tools readers will use in sharpening their focus and skill sets. The e-book format has many links to new information, skills, and even some laughter.

Community Leadership Central will also a be website (www.communityleadershipcentral.com). This website will be a conversation hub and resource center for committed community leaders. It will celebrate excellence in community leadership and identify emerging political, economic, social, and technological trends that will influence communities.
