That boardroom experiences, plus training as a facilitator and mediator (Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society), were the foundation of Strategic Planning Plus.

What is Strategic Planning Plus? It’s a facilitation process combining strategic planning with other organizational needs identified by a pre-session assessment. Is there a need for conflict management training? Communication skills? A skilled outside chair to preside over a frank board discussion? Strategic Planning Plus clients tailor their program to fit their unique needs, and that pre-assessment identifies the skills or services required.
